Sketch of the lizard man Drago

Player characters should only enter Drago’s blog if they are absolutely positively sure they can keep their character’s knowledge separate from what their puppet master learns here.
However only Sir Indranil the Mark
is forbidden.
Here the thoughts and actions of a lizard exploring the world outside his tribe are made clear. Beware!
Those who enter this blog may be eaten by gnolls or lizardfolk or worse. This is the only complete sharing of a character in this game: Against the Scarlet Sign.

Drago has always been an odd duck, rarely seeing life in the same way as his friends. Where others want to stay home to mate in the summer, he would prefer to wander the swamps by himself to watch and learn from everything.
Drago first met the Keolander humans and half-elves when he was a faceless frog swimming in the Javan River, when he and the other members of Chief Rahk’s faction of the Malarat tribe saved the friends of Sir Ragnbjorn from our mutual enemy, the Deathwalker Amedi. Sir Ragnbjorn and Chief Rahk are sworn friends after all.
Unfortunately he was of little use in the battle to take the mound, but he was one lucky lizard. Guardsman Newt saved him, at great risk to herself, by pulling him out of harm’s way when he was paralyzed and attacked by the wight named Relikez. It was a very strange experience. Something stirred to life deep within. Drago began to awaken to the Draconic powers that previously laid dormant within him
So it was that Drago came to owe Newt his life, giving him a desire to follow her to the ends of the Oerth if need be, in the name of adventure, fighting against evil, and to repay his debt of gratitude.
Unfortunately, Sir Indranil, the current warlord of the Keolander party is an evil man who hates all things reptilian. Shortly after our little band of heroes reached the ancient ruins of Thracia, the personality conflict between Drago and Indranil came to a head. After repeated threats upon Drago’s life by this evil evil man, Drago happily chose to leave (at the tip of Indranil’s blade).
Now Drago is on his own, free of the power hungry, overbearing leadership style of the half-breed Indranil. Drago thus descended into the Oerth to seek the Immortal King, to find Newt’s parents who were taken hostage by the Deathwalkers, and of course, to find the answers to his own questions about his true heritage.
Eventually, if they live that long, Drago will need to reunite with the Keolanders. What will happen when that comes about? Indranil threatened to kill Drago if he ever sees him again. Drago plans to serve half-breed elf and wolf for dinner. If they can’t work out their differences, one of them (at least) will die on that fateful day….
