Book 3 Introduction

1. An Alliance - is forged between the Malarat lizardfolk tribe and the Westkeep Guard under the command of Indranil.
2. Evening Talks - Rain and Indranil discuss the language of the lizardfolk. Rain and Newt stalk Gar. Rain tells Newt of her past, but Newt refuses to speak of herself. Aramek tells Indranil and Rain about how he came to be a sorcerer.
3. The Problem with Gar - Gar stirs up an ant’s nest.
4. Ragnbjorn’s Advice - Ragnbjorn leaves them with words of praise and counsel before departing.
5. March to the Shrine – The intrepid adventurers slog their way through the swam in search of the Deathwalkers’ shrine.
6. Arrival and Planning – Indranil comes up with a plan for taking down the Deathwalker shrine.
7. Oro’s Sacrifice – Oro discovers a flaw in the plan.
8. The First Battle For the Mound – Plans never survive contact with the enemy anyway.
9. The Second Battle for the Mound – The fight is brought to the Deathwalkers doorstep.
10. Return of the Walking Dead – The skeleton crew returns to defend the mound.
11. The War Council – Another well laid plan…
12. Newt’s Secret Power – Newt probes the minds of those within the mound.
13. Newt on the Spot – Indranil reveals Newt’s secret talent in council.
14. The Glyph – Rain puts her skills to the test.
